Purpose

Two Subject area’s - “User System Usage” in 18A & “Sales - CRM Resource System Usage" in 19B were introduced.

Customers can run reports which captures - Last Log-in Date/ Active days/Inactive Days and Channels which users Log-in (Viz WEB, MOBILE, etc.,) , Few FAQ's on the Subject Area
