Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Capture Transactions
When attempting to Execute allocation,the following error occurs.
ERROR

[ERROR ] appName or dbName is null
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The rule set are with in rule sets
2. Navigate to General accounting dashboard
3. Journals-> General Allocations
4. General allocation job is in error
