Symptoms

Attempt to pull data from Fusion Budgetary Control raise the following error even though the Budgetary control cube exist in the Fusion Application.

2020-02-12 00:58:14,427 INFO [AIF]: ExtractBalanceData:Error::Cannot get olap application Information. Essbase Error(1051030): Application xxxxxxx does not exist
