Getting Error while Posting Internal Note In Messages Sub-tab of SR (Doc ID 2664569.1)

Symptoms

 STEPS:

Go to Service Request.
Click on messages Sub tab.
Click on Compose > Internal Note .
Click Post to submit.
Error message appears

ERROR:

The Value of the attribute Channel Type isn't valid

Changes

 After 20.01 update, customer disabled the visibility of channel type=None.
