Could not create a role with read only access to Sourcing Rules and Assignment set

While trying to create a custom duty role by copying seeded "Planning Administration" role, need is to have a role where the users have "Read Only" access on Sourcing Rules and Assignments Set.
In "Planning Administration" role, below are the following privileges :
1. Manage Planning Sourcing
2. Manage Planning Sourcing Assignment

But with these privileges, Users are able to edit/update/delete assignment sets and sourcing rules. Is there any privilege for "View" or "Read Only" access on Souring Rules and Assignment sets?
