Added Fields In Product Classifications Grid Of ITEM Manager Layout Are Misaligned (Doc ID 2664775.1)

When creating an ITEM manager layout, the added user fields are misaligned.

Steps to recreate and see symptoms of the issue.

Config & Admin > User Config > Manager Layout.

Make a copy of the public ITEM manager layout.
In the Product Classification grid, add the Classification Date and
Classification User fields.

After manually making the fields read-only, the column headers are still
vertically misaligned. The newly-added fields are aligned to the very top of
the header row, and the OOTB column headers are aligned to the very bottom of the header row.

One added column header appears taller than the OOTB column headers.  Thus, the column headers are misaligned.
