Symptoms
When running planning collections, the ESS Job Name "Import Supply Chain Data for Backlog Management" is triggered, and runs for a long period of time delaying collections process.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Schedule Processes
2. Run a "Collecting Planning Data" job set job for planning entities.
3. See process "Import Supply Chain Data for Backlog Management".

The changes that occurred was a recent update to 19C.
