ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User can't select accounting segments from LOV - LOV is grayed out in Journal Import ADFDi Sheet

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LOV should not be grayed out in ADFDi sheet

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion application
2. Navigate to General Accounting > Journals > Task : Create Journal in Spreadsheet
3. Go to "Multiple Journals" sheet
4. Try to enter Account code combinations
