Partner Standard Price Book Entry Id Does Not Repopulate on Part Integration (Doc ID 2665007.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 04, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 18 A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When CPQ is a the part master, running a part integration will export parts from CPQ to Salesforce. Salesforce will then return the Salesforce IDs and Partner Standard Price Book Entry IDs for each part. If the Partner Standard Price Book Entry Id has been altered though, the Partner Standard Price Book Entry Id is not updated on the CPQ side. If the part is brand new, the price book ID is always populated as expected.
