Unable To Execute All Custom Reports Post 20A Upgrade (Doc ID 2665114.1)

Symptoms



After upgrade to 20A, None of the custom reports are working
Executing any custom report from OTM triggers the below error

 

Reports work fine when directly executed from BI Publisher


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Custom Report from the Reports menu of OTM and execute
2. Above error is seen
