Compensatory Off Plan balance is getting deducted inaccurately due to the Duration Fast Formula


Define a compensatory off absence type with UOM as Days and Compensatory Off Absence plan with UOM as Hours.
And used GLOBAL ABSENCE TYPE DURATION type formula to calculate the duration.

But, when recording the absence, the balance getting deducted inaccurately.
If the leave duration is 5 days then 25 is getting deducted from plan.
If the leave duration is 4 then 16 is getting deducted from the plan i.e square(duration x duration) of absence duration is getting deducted from the plan.
