ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

- When attempting to run payroll, only 0.00 values are appearing in the statement of earnings.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

- Expecting element entry values to appear.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a payroll user.
2. Go to Navigator > My Client > Payroll
3. Click on Payroll Flows
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for Calculate Payroll.
5. Enter Parameters > Submit
6. Noted Behavior Displayed
