Symptoms
When using the CPQ Web Services 2.0 WSDLs in an integration with an external service, CPQ transaction array attributes are not included for some web services, like getTransaction. CPQ does include the transaction array data in the SOAP response for getTransaction, but it isn't listed in the WSDL. When the external service, such as OIC/ICS, relies on the WSDL to determine the web service response, this prevents it from receiving the transaction array data in the web service response.
