How to Modify User Sync Frequency in OEC and IDCS (Doc ID 2665801.1)

Currently OOTB OEC and IDCS gets sync up every 1 hr. Customer may want to sync users in lesser interval depending on the use usage of DC application by end user.

Goal

How to reduce the frequency of the user sync between OEC and IDCS? As per product team recommendation, this can be reduced up to 15 mins.
