Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------------

When attempting to perform quick ship from Non Reservable Subinventory , sales order issue transaction stuck in interface.

ERROR
---------
INV_MATRX_MRP_UPDATE_ERROR

The reservations cannot be updated or deleted for the material transaction row. Details in the Inventory log file, Reservations section.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto to applications
2. goto Order Management
3. Create Order
4. Select the Order Type ( Order Orchestration Process Definition is defined to avoid Reservations Step)
5. Select the Item with Quantity and Click on Add

Note: Item is not having enough Stock in Non Reservable Subinventory

6. Click on Submit
7. Order Line Status is Awaiting Shipping
8. Supply chain Execution ->Inventory Management
9. Task List->Shipments->Manage Shipment lines
10.Enter Order Number and Click on Search
11. Enter the Shipped Qty and Source Subinventory ( Non Reservable Subinventory)
12. Save
13. Quick Ship Status will be Enabled
14. Click on Ship Confirm
15. Sales Order Issue Transaction will be Stuck ( Task List->Manage Pending Transactions)

Note:

1. Item is Reservable
2. Subinventory Material Status is Non Reservable
3. Organization enabled with Allow Negative Balances


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Sales Order Issue transaction should not stuck in Interface.
