Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Multi-row extended flexfield attributes are allowed to add/delete item in change order.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be provision of disabling Add/Delete item in multi-row attribute group in change order so that its get restricted for the users.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the Attribute Group
2. Add in Item Class - Associate AG, and add in the PD item page.
3. View in in PD item page.
