Pick confirmation involving two or more picks errors conditionally in an inventory organization having parameter "Use original receipt date" enabled. (Doc ID 2667022.1)

Symptoms

1. After 20A upgrade, when customer tries to Pick Confirm (with 2 or more picks), the system sometimes throws below error:

The receiving transaction could not be processed because an error occurred for module inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub and method pick_confirm with error: ORA - 0000: normal, successful completion. (INV-2416654)

2. If org parameter FIFO flag (use original receipt date) is enabled and customer is doing dual UOM transactions there is chance that secondary quantity is incorrect. This quantity is informational and has no functional impact.
