There are two different category types when adding an attachment in HRHD: Internal and Miscellaneous.  What is the difference between these two categories? 

1. Steps to replicate:
2. Navigate to Helpdesk
3. Select Service Requests
4. Select and open any existing Service Request
5. Click Add Attachment
6. Category displays values
