On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transactions stuck in Pending Transactions with Status Validated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction should be processed or errored out with error message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Movement Request issue.
2. Release Pick lines.


Check the Pending Transactions to notice a transaction in Ready to be Processed with Validated Status.
