Symptoms

Rounding the variable and fixed lead times lead time in planning, On UI its shows variable lead time as '0' and fixed lead times as '1' but actually variable lead time value is '0.004' and fixed lead times '0.7'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to Plan inputs.
2. Supplies and demand table.
3. Query the required item and organization and observed that Lead time for Variable and Fixed lead times is 0 and 1 but actually is 0.004 and 0.7 its getting rounded up.
