Driver Assignment is inconsistent between assignment via buy shipment screen or via Work Assignment screen

Driver Assignment is inconsistent between assignment via buy shipment screen or via Work Assignment screen.
System shows inconsistent behavior when a driver has been assigned via Work Assignment, equipment type is assigned and also last stop NFR disappeared. Both are incorrect.

a. Through shipment screen for a shipment with Work Assignment Result is as excepted except cost looks different.
b. Through Work Assignment screen for a shipment with Work Assignment Result is not as expected, equipment type is automatically assigned and the last stop is removed.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cost should not be varied and equipment type should not be automatically assigned and the last stop is removed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Steps followed to replicate
1. Used 5 equal order releases.
2. All same rates and maximum 4 Work Assignments.
3. All planned into 5 shipments and 4 Work Assignments
4. Assigned driver
a. through shipment screen for a shipment without Work Assignment.
b. through shipment screen for a shipment with Work Assignment.
c. Through Work Assignment screen for a shipment with Work Assignment.
