Goal

Customer want to setup at total shipment level cost rather than the individual line level. While approving consolidated parent invoice,the rule is checking the tolerance at Total
Shipment Cost level, not applying at the individual child Invoice-shipment's. If there any way to achieve at individual child invoices level?
