Work Order Close Transactions Of Orderless Completions Are Failing With Error (Doc ID 2667748.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Work order close transactions pertaining to work order less completions are failing with following error first time

"The work order close transaction could not be processed because there are unprocessed transactions on this work order."

However the subsequent runs processes these transactions successfully.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As this is an order less completions all the events on this work order are created at the same time and having same transaction date/time and costed date/time.
The system should pick either all these transaction together or in Sequence like component issue first and then Job completion.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform work order less completion
2. Run Transfer from INventory to Costing
3. Run Transfer production to Costing
4. Submit the cost processor
5. Observe the error
6. Subsequent runs are clearing these records without any error.
