Getting User Lock Error when trying to Update the Record
When users are trying to update an opportunity in the UI, they are getting "Another user has locked this record" error sometimes.
We have identified the below use case that is causing this issue. We have scenarios where the opportunity is updated by a middleware program. If the opportunity is opened on the UI at the same time the program is updating in the backend and if the user is updating the opty in the UI, the error is thrown. How to overcome this error message?
