"Null Shipment.ShipmentCost.ShipmentCostSeqno and Shipment.ShipmentCost.IntSavedQuery" Error When Sending a Shipment Actual (Doc ID 2667998.1)

You are sending a ShipmentActual XML to OTM.

When the transaction code for shipment cost is IU the integration fails whereas when the transaction code is I it does not.

You want to be able to use IU so that the integration can update the cost if it is there but also insert if it is not.
