Visual Builder Is Getting Disconnect From Database (Doc ID 2668038.1)

Symptoms

On Visual Builder, while running the application it throws 500 error.  Application connects with DBaas which is having the issue.

 

When you check on browser console  log has the following.

You see messages in your browser's log files like

[ERROR] Error with code: 500 occurred while performing request to : /ic/builder/resources/application/applist
...

[ERROR] Problem Processing Request A internal problem processing the request with identified with hash

 

Tenant Database Connection

Provide admin user credentials below to reset expired tenant schema password or ATP DB wallet

Error
Could not update Visual Builder settings Error: Failed to update tenant database connection
