Office 365 SidePanel Search Opportunity/Account Picklist By "Contain" Instead Of "Starts With" (Doc ID 2668045.1)

In Office 365 side panel , search on the landing pages for objects (Opportunity , Account etc )  works like a 'Contains ' search .  For example , on Accounts list page , you can type in a search term and the results will include any items that contains the search term in the Account name .

However , on the Advance Share flow , the pick lists for objects works only with 'Starts With ' as the operator .

Can the user use 'Contains ' operator in Advance Share flow pick lists ?
