Goal
The Lock Code setting 'Allow Multiple Lock Codes' is not preventing multiple lock codes.
When having the 'Allow Multiple Lock Codes' flag unchecked on the lock code and applying the lock code to an IBLPN,
able to apply a second lock code that also has the flag unchecked.
Able to put any number of lock codes on an IBLPN even if they all have the 'Allow Multiple Lock Codes' flag unchecked.
