ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Journals imported through FAH not copied to secondary ledger from primary ledger directly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journals imported through FAH should be copied to secondary ledger from primary ledger directly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Journal in Primary Ledger through FAH
2. Verify the journals created in primary ledger and respective secondary ledger
