Last updated on JANUARY 11, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Progression Grade Ladder (PGL) has been created from Compensation > Progression Grade Ladder page.

Also, as a prerequisite for PGL, the Grades with Steps have been defined in Manage Grades UI. No Rate amounts have been entered in the last train stop before submission.

Then, the grades with steps (GradesInProgressionLadder), step rates (ProgressionStepRate) and step rate values (ProgressionStepRateValue) have been loaded with HDL successfully.

When checking the results in Compensation > Progression Grade Ladder page > Grades and Steps, there are no values being shown for the step rates.

When validating the PGL, the following message appears:

Multiple Progression Step Rate components or Progression Grade Rate objects were found with the Progression Rate Indicator attribute set to Yes. You need to change the attributes so that only one is set to Yes. (CMP-1005650)
