Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Import Premapped Balances Error "You Do Not Have Access To Reconciliations" (Doc ID 2668382.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Import PreMapped Balances in a reconciliation, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You do not have access to reconciliations

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. From ARCS home page, select Reconciliations card.
  2. Select a reconciliation with the status "Open with Preparer" for which you are the preparer.
  3. In a reconciliation, select Actions -> Import PreMapped Data -> Import PreMapped Balances
