Configure Usage of Custom GTM_ITEM_CLASSIFICATION Manager Layout

On the updated 20A ITEM manager layout, the Product Classification grid contains a button "Add Product Classification".

A Custom GTM_ITEM_CLASSIFICATION manager layout has been created.  How can I specify that my custom manager layout is used when clicking the "Add Product Classification" button?
