Bypassing Ungroup Page For Show Appointment Options or Dock Scheduling Creating Duplicate Appointments. When using the schedule appointment option in dock scheduling the system creates duplicate appointments for the shipment over multiple resource groups. For example we have 2 resource groups called live and drop when scheduling a shipment the system will place an appointment for both resource groups at the same time block. Also if an appointment is scheduled after dragging and dropping, you then move the appointment from one resource to another and the system saves both appointments, it does not remove the old appointment and schedule the new one.
