Customer FBDI Import Not Updating The Site Level Profile in 20A (Doc ID 2668908.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Customer Import

Customer FBDI is failing to update the customer account site level profile

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer Site profile should be imported/updated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Batch from Manage Data Import Batches
Create FBDI Sheet
Generate CSV
Execute Load File for Interface
Run batch import in preview mode - no error
Complete import - error received
Result: Profile updated at account level but not at Site level.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the site profiles and continue with UAT
