BIPublisher Jobs Inconsistent When Sending Report Emails (Doc ID 2668981.1)

Goal

BI Publisher has a job scheduled to run a report and send emails on daily basis.
However, it's showing some inconsistency and some days no mails can be found even though it logs as it is done.
It was supposed to send mails either to company domains and gmail domain but it's not working for none of them.
Seems that the issue is restricted to larger reports. They can email reports upto 10MB but anything beyond that size the email does not go.
