SUI Time Grid Layout Extension not allowed, made prior setup changes to include this access.

Error: "You aren't currently set up to use this page. Ask your manager to provide you with a responsive UI layout."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 20B Time Management throwing error: "You aren't currently set up to use this page. Ask your manager to provide you with a responsive UI layout."
2. After extension to use Time Grid granted on prior setup SR.
3. Error is encountered when user attempts to Add Time in RUI

Due to this issue, users cannot enter timecard as error is thrown.
