Symptoms

Unable to plan the order with "without Building shipment" option on Network Routing Method.

Planning the order release with Network Routing Option throws an error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a new planning parameter with below parameters,
ORDER ROUTING METHOD = Network Routing
2. Set Network Routing logic config:
SAVE ORDER MOVEMENTS=Save All Order Movements without Building Shipments
3. Plan the order release
