Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: How to Display 'Show Only Approved Positions' Filter (Doc ID 2669226.1)

Goal

Document Purpose:

This document will explain how to set up the following filter to control the list of values (LOV) for the Position field when creating a requisition:

  • Show Only Approved Positions

When you create a job requisition based on a position, the above option is now available.

 


 This option is selected by default, which means that only positions with the Approved hiring status are available for selection.  If you select a position whose hiring status is not Approved, a message is displayed to indicate the status of the position so that you can decide whether to continue the process or select another position.

  • If you deselect this option, the list of positions will include active positions with all hiring status values.
