Symptoms
Developing models in current Test Pod with Smartview and SM Client version 20.05.
Migrate the models into PROD 20.04. When trying to open the model in the following errors occur:
Error: HSF 13499: Unable to load file::Alcar Dispaly Data. An unname file has a bad format. Check the file path and filename and make sure both are correct.
Click OK
Error: Exception in ExecuteRequest:The RPC Server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT:0x800706BA
Changes
Upgraded the SM Client to 20.05, but trying to open the model in SM Client 20.04.
