Problem Description:

When previewing a job offer letter designed from an RTF template, the conditions applied using IF statements are not working correctly.

Example:

An IF condition was applied to a paragraph to only display it for specific locations
Another IF condition was applied to a second paragraph to display it for all other locations

Preview is showing the second paragraph for all locations, including those where only the first paragraph should display.
