Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Description Rule is Created in Cost Management SLA But, not able to add the description rule to the Journal Entry Rule Set(JERS) as it does not show up in the LOV (List of Value). If copied and pasted in JERS and saved. After close and reopen and JE rule set, the save description rule is gone.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Description Rule once Created should appear in the JERS for selection
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Description Rule in Cost Management SLA,
2. Search and select it in JE Rule set UI,
3. Does not show up in LOV
4. copy and paste the description rule and save the JE Rule Set
5. After close and reopen and JE rule set, the save description rule disappears.
