Reporte Balances por Tercero (Third Party Balance Report) parameter poplists are empty (Doc ID 2670054.1)

Actual Behavior

Third Party Balance Report parameter poplists are empty. Because of that, users cannot submit the report.

Expected Behavior

Third Party Balance Report parameter poplists should show values so users can pick them to submit the report.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Work area: LACLS
Navigation: CO Procesos y Informes Medios Magneticos > Informes
In the poplist Informe, choose Reporte Balances por Tercero
The Parametros region will be displayed with a number of a number of parameters like Libro Contable, Segmento de Bakanceo, Detalle Cuenta, to mention a few. However, their poplists are all empty.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, Third Party Balance Report cannot be submitted.
