Symptoms

 Fields ( Marital status , gender etc ) are not Editable in Manage Contact in Enrollment ( Benefits Administration )

Navigation : Benefits Administration -> Enrollments -> Person Number search -> Manage contact

For few contacts it is editable but for some it is not editable.
