Inventory Transactions REST API Failing with Error code - FND_CMN_REQ_ATTRIB_API_SERV

Error Explanation : You must provide a value for the Project Identifier attribute. Requirement is to pass Project Number, task Number, Expenditure Type and Expenditure Organization at line level.
