Goal

Is it possible to allow view access to shipment tasks for users with the following privileges assigned:

Monitor Shipment Work Area
View Shipment

The shipment tasks are shown if the - Manage Shipment - privilege has been assigned. This privilege allows users to edit the shipment which is not required/desired.
