Symptoms

Receiving below error while trying to import award using FBDI.

Error :
oracle.apps.projects.grantsManagement.award.service.awardServiceV2.view.AwardProjectPersonnelVORowImpl cannot be cast to oracle.apps.projects.grantsManagement.award.service.awardServiceV2.view.AwardPersonnelVORowImpl

Steps to Reproduce :
1. Create Award FBDI file with Award Personnel sheet populated with Project Number.
2. Load the data
3. Run Import Awards Process.
