"Invalid Or Missing Driver" Error When Shipment Sent From OTM To Internet of Thing (IoT) External System (Doc ID 2670806.1)

A shipment was created and the driver was assigned in OTM.

The shipment was sent to IOT Fleet monitoring. The driver ID in OTM and IOT FM matches. The driver has user access in IOT FM.

But when the shipment was sent from OTM, this error is received:
