Goal

As a worker in the Worker Self-Evaluation task, the participant feedback can be tracked and viewed, as expected.

When clicking on the Questionnaire sub-task to complete the questions, it is seen that the questionnaire populated by the participant but the wording of this section indicate "Anonymous Participant" instead of expected wording "Participant Feedback".
