Symptoms
When attempting to release the workspace within Product Development - Configurator, the following error occurs.
- ERROR

The workspace cannot be released because its effective start date is in the past.
When attempting the update the dates, the following error message appears.
- Error
The workspace effective start date cannot be changed to xxxxx because of the following errors.
Model: XXXX
This participant has a released version that becomes effective on xxxxx.
