Symptoms

On : NA version, Hosting Services - Environment Issues

When attempting to open the layouts in admin, the following error occurs.

The page loads as blank with the below error in browser console:

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Admin.
2. Navigate to Design section and click on layouts
3. Observe no layouts are not appearing in the admin.
